Bimini Tops

How To Measure For A Tower Bimini Top

Tower Bimini Measurement & Selection is a Snap!

Tower biminis mount directly onto the frame of your ski/wakeboard tower.

Pick the best position on the tower that will provide the best shade for the driver's seat.

When choosing a bimini height and your mounting point, be sure that the position you select will keep the top high enough to clear both the driver as well as the spotter when seated.

Choose either a 16" height or a 26" height bimini, whichever best fits your needs.

Measuring Width for 16" Tower Biminis

First, measure the width of your tower at the desired mounting point.     (Line A on the diagram)

Then, measure 16" up from the mounting point.

Next, measure the width of your tower 16" above the mounting point between the tower legs.   (Line B on the diagram)

Width at point A should fall between the measurements listed below.

Width at point B should be greater than the measurements listed below.

Mounting Width (A)Width At Top (B)
68" - 71"60"
75" - 78"67"
81" - 84"73"
Use this table to ensure your tower has enough clearance for the 16" Tower Bimini.

Measuring Width for 26" Tower Biminis

First, measure the width of your tower at the desired mounting point.   (Line A on the diagram)

Then, measure 26" up from the mounting point.

Next, measure the width of your tower 26" above the mounting point between the rear tower legs.   (Line B on the diagram)

Finally, measure the width of your tower 26" above the mounting point between the front tower legs.   (Line C on the diagram)

Width at point A should fall between the measurements listed below.

Width at point B should be greater than the measurements listed below.

Mounting Width  A Width At Top  B (REAR)  Width At Top  C (FRONT)
74" - 82"60"54"
82" - 90"68"60"
90" - 98"75"67"
Use this table to ensure your tower has enough clearance for the 26" Tower Bimini.
